The Fairfield County Hunt Club has a talented team of chefs headed up by Executive Chef John Byrne who are all dedicated to their passion for food. All have formally studied culinary arts and their education and experience shines with every dish they create. Our team takes time to get to know individual tastes and preferences and they truly serve our members and guests. The Fairfield County Hunt Club Clubhouse is the perfect venue for weddings, special occasions, private dinners, charity events and more. Our Main Dining Room opens up to a veranda that offers additional four season seating and over looks the Polo Field. The Polo Room is available for small events with a service bar and opens to our seasonal patio dining area.
The Grill Room is available when using the entire Clubhouse facility and offers a beautiful bar, fireplace and opens to an additional veranda and casual seating area by our outdoor fireplace. The Polo Field is the ideal scenic location for tented events.
